A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • 🙌 Give feedback to a Junior Planner who has not quite hammered out the narrative for a presentation yet
  • 💪 Craft the creative brief, have an intense discussion with the CD, sharpen it, align it with the account team, look for cases that can inspire the creatives, go home, sleep a night on it, have an epiphany on the bus / bike / segway, change the brief, finalize it
  • 🤓 Dig deep into data and uncover truths about consumers that help us delivering great work to our clients
  • 🔥 Work out how we can take the ongoing campaign from one of our clients to the next level
  • 🧑‍💻 Sit together with the data team to discuss learnings from Q1 and develop the rollout plan for Q 2&3
  • 📚 Take 30 minutes to read up on stuff (that is professionally relevant)

  • 💪 You have a gut feeling for good strategy and creative, but never fail to give substance to your argument
  • ✍️ You can write briefs that are precise and provocative and get creatives hungry for more
  • 🤓 You can map out a comms framework that guides others in bringing great ideas to life
  • 🚀 You can develop, own and implement the strategy on a small account
  • 👀 You can be the eyes and ears of a Strategy Director on a bigger account and help dig up interesting insights into culture, category and human nature
  • 🤝 You get a kick out of working closely with other disciplines like tech, CX, data, media and building their expertise into your thinking
  • 🗣 Your presentation skills inspire and convince even the greyest of suits
