• Prepare the quarterly and annual marketing & communications review for your client

• Compose and explain monthly reports by providing data-driven insights

• Build the data & analytics backbone for a new digital campaign we are building

• Find out, how data can enrich the creative team’s work in a pitch

• Critically examine the oddly skewed media plan from the client’s media agency

• Find a solution of how we can harmonise media & business data from different markets

• Lay the groundwork for a KPI matrix, translate it into a dashboard, and develop an action plan of how we make it happen

• Maintain those dashboards

• Entrepreneurial problem solver

• Sound understanding of data analytics and data mining

• Knowledge of the most commonly (und uncommonly) used tracking tools & methods (GA, GTM, Google Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, Matomo, Social listening tools, Meta insights and Ads Manager, etc.)

• Advanced Excel knowledge (you can write macros and formulas)

• Ability to make complex things simple

• Holistic vision of how data can improve our work at every step of the process

• An analytic mindset with a knack for finding creative hooks for our communication

• Juggling API, KPI, and RFI

• An unrelenting passion to crunch those numbers and get the most out of them
