Porsche entered a new Formula E season with a refreshed car, new race locations, and two top drivers — but faced a key perception challenge: traditional motorsport fans still viewed electric racing with hesitation. Many did not naturally associate Porsche’s deep motorsport heritage with Formula E, and therefore did not fully connect with the team’s electric innovation journey. The challenge was to demonstrate that electric racing is not separate from Porsche’s identity but rather the evolution of the brand’s long-standing motorsport DNA.

IDEA
Build the entire season launch around the Raceborn narrative — celebrating Porsche’s origins in motorsport while showcasing the next evolution: the 99X Electric GEN3 Evo. A striking new livery inspired by the Taycan Turbo GT visually linked road and track, while films, visuals, and messaging emphasized that Porsche’s electric future is forged from the same passion and engineering legacy that shaped its iconic past.

IMPACT
The campaign strengthened Porsche’s credibility in electric motorsport and positioned the 99X Electric GEN3 Evo as a natural continuation of the brand’s racing evolution. The launch film generating strong reach and highly positive fan response. Paid media overperformed significantly, delivering 19.23M Meta impressions and 320,857 YouTube views at €0.03 CPV. Together, the phased build‑up and launch amplified anticipation and firmly reinforced Formula E as part of Porsche’s racing identity.
